Online coachings and seminars with Zoom.

For online coachings, seminars and workshops I use Zoom - a service from Zoom Video Communications, Inc, 5 Almaden Boulevard, 6th Floor, San Jose, CA 95113, USA.

By participating in online offers, you agree to Zoom's privacy policy. Which of your data Zoom saves also depends on the details of the data you provide before or when participating in an "online meeting".

Personal data that are processed in connection with participation in "online meetings" are generally not passed on to third parties unless they are intended to be passed on.

'Zoom' is a service provided by a US provider. Processing of personal data also takes place in a third country. I have concluded an order processing contract with the provider of 'Zoom' which meets the requirements of Art. 28 GDPR.

An adequate level of data protection is guaranteed on the one hand by the “Privacy Shield” certification of Zoom Video Communications, Inc., on the other hand by the conclusion of the so-called EU standard contractual clauses.

GetResponse

We use GetResponse for our email marketing and automation.

The service provider is the Polish company GetResponse Ltd., Arkonska 6/A3, 80-387 Gdansk, Poland.

Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts).

We use script and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts) for this website so that our content is displayed correctly and graphically appealing in every browser. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache so that they only have to be loaded once. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or denies access, the content will be displayed in a standard font.

When calling up script or font libraries, a connection to the library operator is automatically established. There is theoretically the possibility for this operator to collect data. It is currently not known whether and for what purpose the operators of the relevant libraries actually collect data.
